All About The App (FAQs)
You’ll produce the inspection report just as you always have with your existing workflow; the app will be available to clients as an option on your ISN report delivery page. Once downloaded, the app will pull the inspection report in and then apply advanced features that show your client the appliances and systems in the home (with model and serial numbers), recalls (coming by Nov ‘22), inspection findings from your report that clients can add as to-dos to their checklist, and offer your clients over $500 in gifts and offers from national and local vendors. The inspection report will always be available and shareable within the app, which is co-branded with your company, featuring your ancillary services, and professional referrals. As your clients use this app on an ongoing basis to help manage their home, you will be featured so it’s easier to remember to use or refer your company to friends and family in the future.
No, we’ve always said that we believe in providing choices. Clients choose how they want to receive the report on the ISN report delivery page; either via the app or more traditional methods like PDF or a link to an online report. If they choose the app, they’ll get access to an interactive home management experience, free Recall Check ($90 value/year), over $500 in coupons from leading national brands, and all of the other benefits the app delivers. We hope you see the value in the app. As a business owner, you help guide your clients, so advising them to take advantage of the app and the related benefits makes sense.
No, your clients have the choice and that choice stands with the option(s) they choose. They decide if they want to download the app, and they are clearly asked for consent during the app download/setup process. Inspection report information is securely passed to the app and is only displayed after the client provides consent to connect the data from their inspection report to the app.
Yes, The app currently supports both PDF and HTML.
